Job description: Purpose Venture Group is hiring a Vice President who will make an immediate impact on the firm’s client work, help build the firm’s capabilities and contribute to the thriving, inclusive and collaborative culture that makes PVG special.

This is a manager-level position and a highly visible, externally-facing role. In a collaborative team setting, VPs drive the day-to-day work of consulting engagements with support but minimal direction from the firm’s partners. To succeed in the role, VPs must possess 1) superior analytical, quantitative and conceptual thinking skills; 2) strong interpersonal and communication skills; and 3) domain expertise relevant to our climate-focused clients. Vice Presidents must be comfortable engaging with senior client executives in a professional and respectful manner, taking a leadership role in driving team problem-solving, developing our Associates and representing the firm at events and in business development activities. At PVG, VPs manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
