Position Summary

In this newly-created position, you will lead software projects that support U.S. households as they transition to electric energy for their heating, cooling, cooking, cleaning, transportation and more. As an Engineering Manager, you will principally be responsible for managing 4-6 Software Engineers and working with the wider Product and Data Science teams to create and extend our websites and consumer-facing software tools. You’ll play a pivotal role in defining and creating the products, tools, and processes that allow us to make electrification projects preferable, affordable, and accessible for households nationwide. This position reports to Rewiring America’s VP of Engineering.
