Position Summary

We are growing our team and seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our Operations team. This position reports to the Operations Manager.

In this position, the Operations Coordinator is principally responsible for managing the day-to-day aspects of our team’s operations processes.

The Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in process creation and documentation, equipment ordering for new hires, and frontline support for fellow team members. The Operations Coordinator also provides support to the Finance, Contracts & Procurement, and People & Culture teams on cross team processes. This role also partners closely with the Senior Director of IT to manage day-to-day admin tasks in our SaaS platforms.

What You’ll Do

As our Operations Coordinator you will:

Be part of a team of operational excellence

• Service-Oriented Mindset: Address staff and vendor needs on the operations and process fronts.
• Solution-Oriented Approach: Collaborate with the Operations Manager to find answers to scenarios that fall outside the realm of the usual processes.
• Learning-Oriented Attitude: Assist in making sure staff understand key operational processes and what to expect.

Drive day-to-day operational needs

• Order and track tech packages for new staff
• Partner with the People & Culture team to onboard new team members
• Assist with reconciling departmental receipts in expense management platform
• Respond to team member questions and requests for the ops team
• Document new and evolving processes for the team
• Help onboard individuals to new software platforms
• Design ways to automate processes to make them faster and more efficient
